SEED Consulting partnered with McKinsey & Company to host a case competition open to UVA students of all backgrounds and experience levels. Participants tackled a real business problem, presented their recommendations to McKinsey judges, and gained hands-on experience with the case-solving process. Top performers also earned opportunities to connect directly with McKinsey professionals through a private luncheon, networking events, and coffee chats.

Altamont Capital 2025 Strategy Case Competition

SEED Consulting teamed up with Altamont Capital Partners to give UVA students a firsthand look at private equity investing. Teams evaluated real-world businesses, built an investment thesis, and pitched their recommendation directly to ACP professionals. Winners earned cash prizes, with the top team also receiving first-round interviews for Altamont’s 2027 Summer Analyst program.
