How We Can Help
Every organization has different priorities, challenges, and goals. SEED works directly with clients to define a focused project scope, conduct research and analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations over the course of the semester.
The examples below highlight the types of projects our teams have completed in the past. We are not limited to these areas. Our Projects Team can work with your organization to develop a customized project and assemble a student team whose experience and interests align with your needs.
What We Can Help With
Strategy & Growth
Develop clear strategies for growth by identifying new markets, audiences, services, or expansion opportunities and evaluating the best path forward.
Marketing & Outreach
Help your organization reach the right audiences by improving how you communicate your message, strengthen your brand, and engage customers, stakeholders, or community members.
Operations
Improve how your organization works day to day by streamlining processes, strengthening internal systems, and identifying ways to operate more efficiently.
Financial Strategy
Data & Technology
Support stronger financial decisions by reviewing past performance, analyzing costs, strengthening fundraising, and identifying opportunities for long-term financial sustainability.
Use data and technology more effectively through data analysis and system and database recommendations, and opportunities to implement AI and automation.
