Who We Look For

There isn't one type of SEED consultant. We recruit students from different majors, backgrounds, and levels of prior experience. You don't need previous consulting experience to join SEED. We're much more interested in how you think, work with others, and approach challenges.

Intellectual Curiosity

Intellectual Curiosity

We look for students who ask thoughtful questions, enjoy learning, and want to understand the “why” behind a problem.

Personable and Professional

We want members who are easy to work with, communicate well, and can build trust with both teammates and clients.

Individuality

We value people who bring their own perspectives, experiences, and way of thinking to the team.

Open to Growth

The best consultants are willing to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve throughout their time in SEED.

What we don't expect:

A perfect résumé. Previous consulting experience. A business major. Knowing how to case before recruitment begins.
