CARLY APPEL
President
Carly Appel is a 3rd-year student from Atlanta, GA majoring in Commerce and Statistics. This past summer, she worked at North Highland as a Management Consulting Intern. She's looking forward to joining Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern in NY next summer.
ALISON COHEN
VP of Membership
Alison is a 2nd-year from Ashburn, Virginia planning on majoring in Commerce with a minor in Sustainability. She has been in SEED since her first semester and is looking forward to leading recruiting this semester. She is excited to start her marketing internship and recruit for consulting this summer!
MICHAEL KISH
VP of Projects
Michael is a 3rd year from just outside Richmond, VA, double majoring in Commerce (Finance & IT) and Economics. He’s thrilled to be joining Bain & Company’s DC office this summer and credits SEED with helping him land that role.
ALEX PESKIN
VP of Finance
Alex is a 2nd year from Richmond, Virginia, intending on majoring in Commerce and Economics. He is excited for this summer where he will be participating in UVA’s Meriwether Lewis Institute for Citizen Leadership (MLI) Summer Fellowship.
MARIE MOEMEKA
VP of Training and Development
Marie is a 3rd year from West Hartford, CT, majoring in Commerce (Management & Marketing) with a minor in Public Writing & Rhetoric, and is pre-law. In her 6th semester with SEED, she is excited to train new cohorts of seedlings and to be a source of mentorship for all members.
JAKE RASHAP
VP of Training and Development
Jake is a 3rd year from Leesburg, Virginia, double majoring in Commerce (Finance and Management) and Computer Science. He’s excited to be working as a Summer Associate at Boston Consulting Group in D.C.
NICK STEINHILBER
Director of Membership
Nick is a 2nd year from Gurnee, Illinois, intending to double-major in Commerce and Applied Statistics. Outside of SEED he loves golfing and trying out new restaurants in Charlottesville.
BOW WILSON
Director of Membership
Bow is a 3rd year from Greenville, SC, double majoring in Applied Statistics and Global Commerce. She is excited for this summer where she will be working as an Associate Consultant Intern at Potomac River Partners in DC.
LAUREN MONDSCHEIN
Director of External Affairs
Lauren is a second-year student from Greenwich, Connecticut, intending to study finance and management with a minor in leadership through the McIntire School of Commerce. In her third semester with SEED, she is committed to ensuring that each project provides meaningful experiences for all team members while delivering lasting impact to the clients they serve.

Tina is a 2nd year from Sterling, Virginia, planning on double majoring in Comm and minoring in Entrepreneurship. She is excited to continue working for a tech startup called Odyseek this summer!
