CARLY APPEL
President
Carly Appel is a 4th year student from Atlanta, GA majoring in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Management and minoring in Statistics. Beyond SEED, she is involved in AKPsi and is Lead Ambassador for McIntire. This past summer, she worked at Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant Intern and is looking forward to joining full-time in NY next year.
ALISON COHEN
VP of Membership
Alison is a 3rd year from Ashburn, Virginia majoring in Foreign Affairs with a minor in Business and Data Analytics. She has been in SEED since her first semester and is looking forward to leading recruiting this semester. Last summer she worked at Shaz and Kiks as a Marketing Intern in Austin!
MICHAEL KISH
VP of Projects
Michael is a 4th year undergraduate from Richmond, Virginia, double majoring in Commerce (Finance & IT) and Economics. He spent the summer with Bain & Company in Washington, DC and is excited to return as an Associate Consultant after graduating. Outside of SEED, Michael is involved with Moot Court and The Navigators and enjoys hiking, fishing, playing guitar, and watching football.
ALEX PESKIN
VP of Finance
Alex is a 3rd year from Richmond, Virginia, majoring in Economics with a minor in Public Policy and Leadership. Over the summer he participated in UVA’s Meriwether Lewis Institute for Citizen Leadership (MLI) Summer Fellowship.
MARIE MOEMEKA
VP of Training and Development
Marie is a 4th year from West Hartford, CT, majoring in Commerce (Management & Marketing) with a minor in Public Writing & Rhetoric, and is pre-law. In her 7th semester with SEED, she is excited to train new cohorts of seedlings and to be a source of mentorship for all members.
JAKE RASHAP
VP of Training and Development
Jake is a 4th year from Leesburg, VA, double majoring in Commerce (Finance & Management) and Computer Science. He spent the summer with Boston Consulting Group in Washington, DC and is excited to return as an Associate after graduating. Outside of SEED, he enjoys rock climbing, golf, and playing poker.
NICK STEINHILBER
Director of Membership
Nick is a 3rd year from Gurnee, Illinois, double-majoring in Commerce and Applied Statistics. Outside of SEED he loves golfing and trying out new restaurants in Charlottesville. He is excited to intern at Evercore this summer!
BOW WILSON

Bow is a 4th year from Greenville, SC, double majoring in Applied Statistics and Global Commerce. She spent her summer working as an Associate Consultant Intern at Potomac River Partners in DC.
LAUREN MONDSCHEIN

Lauren is a 3rd year student from Greenwich, Connecticut, studying finance and management with a minor in leadership through the McIntire School of Commerce. In her 4th semester with SEED, she is committed to ensuring that each project provides meaningful experiences for all team members while delivering lasting impact to the clients they serve.

Tina is a 3rd year from Sterling, Virginia, double majoring in McIntire School of Commerce and Politics, Philosophy and Law. She is excited to continue working for a tech startup called Odyseek this year!
