DANIEL CUDKOWICZ
President
Daniel Cudkowicz is a second-year from Boston, MA studying commerce and Russian. He has a passion for problem-solving is interning with Bain & Company in summer 2024.
Outside of SEED, Daniel is involved with 180 Degrees Consulting, a group focused on non-profits, and founded the Russian and Eurasian Culture Club at UVA. Additionally, he enjoys learning about effective altruism and current events. In his free time, Daniel loves to ski, hike, and DJ.
CARLY APPEL
VP of Membership
Carly Appel is a second-year student from Atlanta, GA intending to major in Commerce and Statistics. She has been in SEED since her first semester and is looking forward to leading recruiting this year. Last summer, she worked as an Intern for Linch Capital, and she is looking forward to joining North Highland as a Management Consulting Intern this summer.
Outside of SEED, Carly serves on the executive board of Alpha Kappa Psi and Business and AI Club. Through Madison House, she is a Program Director for SOCA. She is a member of CASH and Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. In her free time, Carly enjoys taking walks with friends, pilates, and listening to country music.
JP MEYER
VP of Projects
JP Meyer is a second-year from Annapolis, MD intending to study commerce and data science. He joined SEED in his first year where he worked as project member and leader with FinMango. This year he has worked with the Finance team and now looks forward to helping monitor this semester’s projects.
Outside of SEED, JP is a part of the Global Markets Group and is a volunteer for CASH and multiple mental health groups. He is a massive Ravens fan, loves the outdoors, and is currently learning how to box.
MARSHALL WENGER
VP of Finance
Marshall Wenger is a second-year student from Swarthmore, PA intending on studying Commerce. He has been in SEED since his first year and has worked on projects for UVIMCO and FinMango.
Outside of SEED, Marshall is the President and a co-founder of the Virginia Alzheimer’s Alliance, an analyst for the McIntire Investment Institute, a volunteer tax preparer for CASH, and a member of St. Anthony Hall. He also runs a landscaping business and real estate photography business which recently led him to get his Virginia real estate license. In his free time, Marshall enjoys playing the bass for his band (Irish Exit), playing basketball, and watching Philadelphia sports.
MARIE MOEMEKA
VP of Training and Development
Marie Moemeka is a second-year from West Hartford, CT studying Commerce with a minor in Public Writing & Rhetoric on the pre-law track. As a VP of Training and Development, she is responsible for the education of all club members in their first semester with SEED Consulting. Outside of SEED, she has worked as a legal intern at Pfizer and plans on returning this summer.
Marie is also the Vice President and a co-founder of Virginia Alzheimer's Alliance, an organization focused on raising funds for and spreading awareness about Alzheimer's, and she is involved with Undergraduate Women in Law. She also enjoys volleyball, Formula 1 racing, reading, and baking in her free time.
LIAM TUOHY
VP of Training and Development
Liam Tuohy is a second-year from South Salem, NY studying Systems Engineering with a minor in Engineering Business. He joined SEED in the fall, has worked as a project member with FinMango, and is looking forward to helping lead member training.
Outside of SEED, Liam is a volunteer firefighter in Charlottesville and South Salem, an analyst for the Virginia Consulting Group, member of the Virginia Men’s Rugby team, and a bouncer at Trinity Irish Pub. He also enjoys hiking and doing crossword puzzles in his free time.
NEEL KULKARNI
VP of External Relations
Neel Kulkarni is a third-year from Herndon, Virginia, pursuing a degree in Commerce and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Neel joined SEED in his first year and has worked with a number of clients such as The Conversationalist, a digital platform empowering Gen Z to have echo-chamber-breaking conversations.
Outside of SEED, Neel has his own career exploration podcast, Excel Podcasts, and enjoys playing basketball, cooking, and trying new restaurants in Charlottesville.
ELIZABETH COHEN
Director of Membership
Elizabeth Cohen is a second-year student from Ashburn, Virginia studying Commerce and French. She has been a member of SEED since her first semester and has enjoyed the process of facilitating ideation and adaptation amongst a team to deliver a meaningful solution to clients.
Within SEED she worked as a Project Leader for 757 Collab, a Norfolk-based incubator and accelerator, and she has worked with TBH, Noah Schnapp’s start-up that seeks to revolutionize snacking. Outside of SEED, Elizabeth is involved with the One Love Foundation as a trained facilitator, CASH (Creating Assets, Savings, and Hope), and the Virginia Riding Team. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys traveling (she is a dual citizen) and going to Solidcore classes.
SAAHAS GOWDA
Director of Membership
Saahas is a second year from Haymarket, VA planning to study Commerce and Statistics. He joined SEED in the fall of his first year, since working with clients like UVIMCO and leading projects for TBH and Cycling w/o Age. His responsibilities now include helping to organize recruiting, career development, and social initiatives for the club.
Last summer, he interned at IDEMIA - a leader in the government identity space - in their Travel & Transport division and will be joining their Business Development division next summer. Outside of SEED, he is actively involved in Global Markets Group, Charlottesville Debate League, and Housing and Residence Life. In his free time, he enjoys watching political dramas, supporting Boston sports teams, and exploring greater Charlottesville.
MICHAEL KISH
Director of Projects
Michael Kish is a second-year student from Richmond, VA on the pre-Commerce track with a second major in Economics. Within SEED, he supports project leaders and teams by providing training, resources, and mentorship as they develop their deliverables each semester. This past summer, he interned with Matrix Capital Markets Group in Richmond.
Outside of SEED, Michael is a member of UVA's undergraduate Moot Court team, which competes in simulated appellate court cases around the country. He is also involved with UVA's branch of The Navigators Christian Ministry and with C.A.S.H, a Madison House organization which provides free tax preparation services to members of the Charlottesville community. He spends his free time fishing and hiking.
ALEXA GUERRERA
Director of Projects
Alexa Guerrera is a second-year from Bay Head, New Jersey, intending to study Finance and Chinese Language. Alexa joined SEED in the fall of her first year and has had the pleasure of working with Springbok Analytics, a sports-tech startup, and Roots Natural Kitchen, a healthy grain bowl chain. Most recently, she served as the project leader for College Contact, a company that aims to make college counseling more accessible. Through SEED, Alexa has discovered a passion for finance and providing innovative solutions to clients. This summer, she will be interning with Morgan Stanley in their Wealth Management division.
Outside of SEED, Alexa is an Assistant Producer for the ACC Network and serves on the executive team for Relay for Life. In her free time, Alexa enjoys cooking, running, watching sports, and playing the piano.
SRIMAAN SURIBHOTLA
Director of Finance
Srimaan Suribhotla is a second-year from Richmond, VA studying Commerce and Applied Statistics. He joined SEED in his first semester and has worked with BuyVerde and FinMango. This year he is looking forward to working with the finance team.
Outside of SEED, Srimaan is a part of the TAMID Group, works as a Digital Media Consultant at Robertson Media Center at Clemons Library, and competes on Virginia Ke Aashiq (Bollywood-Fusion Dance Team). In his free time, Srimaan enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with friends, and coming up with startup ideas.
DAWSON CHITWOOD
Director of External Relations
Dawson Chitwood is a third-year from Charlottesville, VA, studying mechanical engineering and economics. He joined SEED in his second year and has worked as a project member and leader with both FinMango and BuyVerde. He is excited by the opportunity to continue developing project oppurtunities at SEED.
Outside of SEED, Dawson is a member of the men's varsity lacrosse program, on the executive team at Zeta Psi Fraternity, and runs a small business with hometown friends. He has worked in carpentry and construction and enjoys woodworking and car mechanics in his free time.
VIVAAN KHANDELWAL
Director of External Relations
Vivaan is a second-year student from Mumbai, India intending to major in Commerce and Computer Science. He has been a part of SEED since his first semester, working with several startups as a project member and project leader.
Outside of SEED, Vivaan is an analyst for McIntire Investment Institute, a debate instructor for Charlottesville Debate League, a teaching assistant for CS 111x and the Outreach Chair for Bharatiya Council. In his free time, Vivaan enjoys Formula 1 racing, soccer, and exploring restaurants in Charlottesville.
ALEX PESKIN
Director of Finance
Alex Peskin is a first-year from Richmond, VA, intending to study Commerce and Data Science. He joined SEED in his first semester, where he worked as a project member with FinMango. He now looks forward to working with the Finance team to raise and manage funds for the club.
Outside of SEED, Alex is a part of the Virginia Venture Fund, Global Markets Group, and currently serves as the Sponsorship Chair for the UVA Club Pickleball Team, which recently won a national championship! In his free time, Alex enjoys tennis, pickleball, and visiting new coffee shops.
